Bernhard Huber is in charge of the kitchen. After several years spent abroad as an apprentice and also travelling, Bernhard, the son of the family at the Alpenhotel Zimba, came back and has spoiled guests ever since with:
Classic Austrian dishes, specialities from the region and international creations. We also have a separate children’s menu available. If you have any requests, allergies or intolerances please let us know before arrival.
